Fun and effective ways to practise with your child
Footprints: choose to do whatever it says on the footprint. Cover the footprint when you have completed the piece/ technique/ warm up/ review etc
Print out and cut round the numbered feet - there are two pages of these and one main game chart.
Roll a dice and do whatever the `foot` with that number says - when done add the `foot` to the main chart
Circle Practise - put some lego, small toys, footprints outside the circle and decide with your child what each figure represents - review, warm up, technique, posture, game etc.
When you have done the item - put the figure in the circle - practise is done when they are all in the circle
